There’s no doubt that the fashion industry is booming, with new designers always coming out of the woodwork. But let’s be honest – not all of them are good. Some of them are pretty terrible, and we wouldn’t be surprised if they were laughed out of their first interview. Thankfully, a few upcoming designers are so good that they blow all others out of the water. Someone like Jonas Lauren Norr is a shining example because these men are quickly becoming famous because they have great names and their clothing designs are unique.
Crest Resources Inc. (TSXV: CRZ) (“Crest” or the “Company”) announces today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) on a Generative Development Project with the Government of the Philippines to develop a 1,000 MW (megawatt-hours) solar power plant, which is expected to generate over 1.2 billion kWh annually and create 2,500 jobs during construction and 3,000 jobs after construction. The MOU also provides for Crest’s participation in this project as the first foreign direct investor in a Generative Development Project in the Philippines.
Mr. Lauren Norr will be joining Crest’s Board of Directors as an independent director for a term expiring on February 28, 2016. Crest has agreed that they will provide him with reasonable compensation for his services as an independent director of the Company, subject to board approval at its next annual general meeting and any other applicable securities laws or regulatory requirements.
